Manga style...其實我一直在避免用到"漫畫"的構思

Well... I don't know why I keep avoid to have any idea related to manga... Probably because part of my rebellion makes me not to think about it.
However... I still back to it now... what am I doning!!!!

Well... I was about to go pick up my film and visit Photographers Gallery...
But I distracted by Banksy's new graffiti...
Yes, we are all under CCTV!!!

Graffiti is a new thing for me, cause it is not a thing happened in my country.
For me... it makes this city more charming!
Besides, before I really know the name "Banksy", I had already noticed few of his works.

Anyway, to see by yourself is definitely different from to see it from books...
I had seen it once near Chalk Farm Tube Station.
Although I didn't know his name by that time, the picture still left in my mind after that.

Back to the gallery part...( Finally!lol)
When I watched the interview video of the photographer, an elder man started to chat with me.
He mentioned he couldn't figure out those drawing on photos; for him, it looks like the results calculated by machine or computer.
However, while I stared those fine lines... I felt more emotion of the people in the photo.
Everyone has his point of view; art is always goes its own way. Welcome to the modern world!

The definition of nostalgia懷舊的定義

Some places you may always pass by, but somehow you never get in.
These two are my cases.
Both are near by my uni in Taiwan; I had noticed them for quite some time while I studied there.
However, I didn't try to entry their front door; just enjoyed with my eyes when I passed by...

I finally got into these two places during summer time this year with my lovely friends.


With a romantic name The Pisces,
the interior design on 2nd floor is sort of nostalgic style; reminds me some theme in those old ages.


As it's name "Red House", the whole tiny place is full of red colour...
It's a narrow but warm bar.

Glad I found out more new things in an old place >_@

First and foremost, we had to find a specific area to develop our idea.
Through brainstorming, we came up with a variety of topics that were of interest,
such as how natural disasters change the living environment or how artists transform their inspiration into a visual work;
then, most of our group members were really interested in the mental part, which could be “alter the state of mind”.
By conducting a research in the field of psychology theory and contemporary art, we gradually developed that idea.

In the end,
we did a synthesis of all the ideas in order to visualise the alter ego by creating multiple images.
The final outcome would be a series of editorial photo shoots.
(Quite formal I know... cause I this is a copy from something l handed to uni... lol)

Anyway, we inspired by Surrealism a lot!
Luckily, my friend Skir had a series surrealistic jewelry, so that we decided to work together!
We didn't image the final outcome that much; everyone just did his best, and then we had fun during the process:)

This project is my favorite in my first year.

Term 2 Project - Music and Fashion

I was excited about the project, cause music is always an important element in my life.
Of course I chose a song from my favorite Japanese singer-Shiina Ringo!
The singer and her music influence me a lot in many aspect.
However, more difficulties came out when I created images... cause it's a complicated song, what a challenge!

In the end, I liked my works as usual though I was not very satisfied at the moment.
I would like to say it's nice to have a try:)

Just put some selected photo works on now... haven't got time to make a whole album for every piece.
am trying a website as well...
so many things!!!
